The shipping time usually varies depending on the postcode and area of delivery.
The maximum time required for shipping within India is 10 days, and for international orders, it is 15 days.
Once the shipment has left our warehouse, we have no control over its movement or delivery. We will not be responsible for any delays caused by third-party courier partners, but we can surely help you follow up and get contact details if possible.
We take utmost care in packaging your orders to ensure they reach you safely. However, we are not responsible for any loss or damage of goods during transit, as we have no control over third-party vendors used for shipping.
Shipping cost is calculated as per the volumetric weight and actual weight of the parcel charged by the courier company.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with tracking details. It will be your responsibility to check and keep track of the order in a timely manner. If there are any delays, please get back to us during working hours.
Please note that we would need 1–2 working days to contact the delivery partner and derive updated information on the delivery status.
International Shipping
Our standard international delivery outside India will take around 10-15 days in transit.
We request customers to place orders considering this timeline.

Order Processing
Beaded Jewellery are made on order basis, so we require 4-5 business days for making.
All our products are completely handmade, so there may be minor differences in jewellery or prints from what you see in the picture — as each piece is crafted by hand, not machine-made.
